Bible Text: Jeremiah 4:1-4 | Preacher: Pastor Bruce Carlson | Series: Home Builders University, Revival

1.  Breaking the Fallow Ground

Dependent upon willingness
Has a component of us doing it
Requires putting away abominations

2. Problems in the Fallow Ground. Hosea 10:12

Plowed wickedness.
Growth of iniquity.
Fruit of lies eaten.
Dependence on our own ways.

3. Fallow Ground is unfruitful.

John 15:16 Ye have not chosen me, but I have chosen you, and ordained you, that ye should go and bring forth fruit, and that your fruit should remain: that whatsoever ye shall ask of the Father in my name, he may give it you. John 15:17 These things I command you, that ye love one another.
-The problem of no growth and no fruit bearing is the ground.

How is your fruit?
Where is your fruit? Luke 13:6-9

Conclusion:

Titus 2:11-15
Grace clears the ground.
Grace tills the ground.
Grace provides for growth.
